We help women and girls flee violence, secure housing, find jobs, establish their voices, enhance skills and develop confidence. We offer a range of housing options, employment and training programs, community support programs, girls’ programs and family programs. The Teen Mothers’ Program is a free support program in Scarborough for mothers 14 to 22 years of age. The program offers opportunities to build positive parenting skills and access to resources that support mothers on their parenting journey.
The Part-Time Childcare Worker is responsible for the planning and implementation of the child care program in accordance with the goals of the Teen Mothers’ Department and the overall Association.

The hours of work for this position are 9 hours per week. The incumbent will be required to work Tuesdays and Thursdays (4:00pm-7:00pm) and Wednesdays (12:30pm-3:30pm). The hourly rate for this position is $18.14 per hour.
