Position: Permanent Within Full Time Program Support Educator Position

Location: Adelaide Early Childhood Learning Centre, London

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 20-35 hours per week (based on AKB contract)

Start Date: August 20, 2018

This particular requires you to contribute to a team of highly skilled and passionate Educators providing care and education for all age groups. This position requires someone who can balance program responsibilities and cleaning duties and it requires someone who is flexible, shows initiative, and has a self-motivated disposition. The successful candidate will work well as a team, have strong communication skills and be able to share perspectives within the classroom team. You will build meaningful relationships with coworkers, families and faculty through daily interactions.

You bring the following qualifications:

  • Registered Early Childhood Educator qualification preferred; diploma or degree in related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of children with special rights
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child development
  • Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with Emergent Curriculum
